Here at Om Baby we make the majority of garments to order, this means that things take a little time to be shipped. We hope to make and ship within 1 week of order, however at busy times this can take up to 2 weeks.
If you need your items quickly please do email and we will do everything we can to get them to you.

If however for any reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order by email, quoting your order number. We expect items to be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging. In the unlikely event a product is faulty we will refund the full purchase price.
